#304:  Proposed Bylaw Change

In Bylaw Article V Section 6, add, “The secretary shall make audio recordings of all meetings of Unit Owners and open meetings of the Board of Directors.  Recordings shall be stored for 2 years and shall be available to any Unit Owner for the asking.”

Rationale:  Meeting minutes have been issued with errors and omissions.  Without audio recordings, there is no way to know what transpired at a meeting and to positively verify and correct errors and omissions in the minutes.
