#202: Proposed New Rule

The board shall arrange for audio recordings for all open association and Board meetings.  Recordings shall be stored for 2 years and shall be available to any homeowner for the asking.

Rationale:  Recordings are required to insure that mistakes in meeting minutes can be indentified and corrected.
