#206:  Proposed Rule Change

On page 14 of the Rules and Regulations dated September 25, 2017, in Article XI Section 3, strike out “10:00 PM” and insert “11:00 PM.”

Section 3 will then be, “The clubhouse doors shall be accessible from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM with the use of the security proximity pass system (fobs or card keys).”

Rationale:  11 PM closing will give residents more time to use the fitness center, swim, play cards, etc.
