#302:  Proposed Bylaw Change

In Bylaw Article III Section 2, change

“and the Board of Directors may transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.” 

to

“and the Board of Directors and the Unit Owners may transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.”

Rationale:  The annual meeting is both a board meeting and a Unit Owners meeting.
