#203: Proposed Rule Change
On page 24 of the Rules and Regulations dated September 25, 2017, in Article XVII Section 2 A, strike out “private session” and insert “public session.”
Rationale: Courts conduct trials in public. Why should Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee hearings be any different? The sentence reads, “All ADRC hearings shall be conducted in private [change to public] session.”
