#205: Proposed New Rule
Any unit owner motion at the annual meeting shall require that previous notice be given in at least one of the following:
a.
Posted in each of the 14 buildings at least 2 weeks

b.Provided to the board for listing in the notice of the

Rationale: Previous notice alerts owners to issues to be addressed at the meeting.
