#201: Proposed Rule Change
On page 21 of the Rules and Regulations dated September 25, 2017, in Article XVI strike out "all" from the first sentence.
Rationale: Eliminate conflict with Bylaw Article III Section 6. The sentence reads,
“These Rules and Regulations are promulgated and adopted by the Board of Directors but may be amended by a majority vote of all [strike out "all"] unit owners pursuant to Association Bylaws, Article VI, Section 14.”
