Text for Petitions
This site allows condo residents to propose changes to the Rules/Regulations and Bylaws. At some point in the future, residents may get together and decide which of the proposed changes are worthy of proceeding with a petition to the Board of Directors.
For an easy reference, each proposed change is numbered:
Rules & Regulations: #201 & up
Bylaw change: #301 & up
Click on the number at left to see the proposed change and make comments. To suggest a change, email the "sponsor" with your suggestion (the sponsor is in charge of the text until residents can get together and sort out different ideas by voting).
Note: any resident may propose a change, however only Unit Owners may sign a petition.
